Destroyers Drop them

Fastest farm for destroyer cores is Glint's Challenge in Central Transfer Chamber. A full run will take you around 22 minutes. NM/HM has no impact on drop rate, except that in HM you are unlikely to live past the first wave.

The mission "A Gate Too Far" near Olafsted also has quite a few destroyers, as does the mission "G.O.L.E.M." in Rata Sum. NM/HM has no impact on the core drop rate.

The best way is doing glints challenge in hm hands down.

It is the easiest, fastest, and awsome drop rate for just about everything you want. Before i got my cores for my gloves, i farmed that many cores + elite and normal tomes that it also maxing my wisdom title as well as my skill hunter title. Best thing to do if u want to farm them
